RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Returns are super simple with Collect+

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

You may also use the prepaid shipping label emailed over when you start the return process. If you use the prepaid shipping label, £4.60 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover shipping charges.

 

REFUNDS

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

RISK-FREE TRIAL (ONLY FOR UK CUSTOMERS)

We want you to love your Sigma products and know you have to wear & feel them to be satisfied. So, we give you 7 days to try it out for free*. The 7 days start from the day the item(s) are delivered. 

If you’re not 100% in love after the first 7 days, we’ll send you a shipping label, and give you a full refund. We do our best to donate returned clothing and give them a new home.

If the item(s) are sent back after the 7 day trial period, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

 

Please Note

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Please note that In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. 

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. 

All items are inspected on return.
