Shipping Locations
We currently ship from our warehouse in France to the following destinations:
- France - Domestic shipping
- All EU countries - Intra-EU shipping
- United Kingdom - International shipping
- Selected international countries - Contact us for availability

Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding French holidays).

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram [@sigmastrength] to stay updated on current offers.
UK Customers: Important Customs Information
All orders are shipped from France via Colissimo.
Orders delivered to the UK may be subject to:
- Import VAT (20%) on orders over ยฃ0
- Customs duties on orders over ยฃ135
- Handling fees (typically ยฃ8-ยฃ12) charged by Royal Mail/Parcelforce
These fees are NOT included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order for UK delivery, you acknowledge and agree to pay any applicable customs charges upon delivery.
We do not currently offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.
EU Customers
Orders within the EU are shipped duty-free. French VAT is included in your checkout total (VAT: FR94928549179).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Colissimo tracking link to monitor your package

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Refusal to pay customs duties
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailability
We will issue a refund for the product(s) once received back at our warehouse, excluding original shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
